A promo code replacement is not available in these cases:

• You’ve already activated the promo code and received the game.
• The issue is due to an error on your end (e.g., incorrect activation steps).

• Include in your email:
  • The email used for the purchase.
  • Order ID (e.g., ORDER_123_1_1698765432) — found in the email with the promo code.
  • A brief description of the issue.
• Wait for a response from our team. We process requests within 1–3 business days.

The Replacement Process

If your request is approved, here’s what happens next:

• We’ll send a new promo code to your email.
• The new promo code will be sent within 1–3 business days.
• You’ll receive an email notification once the promo code is sent.
