This Public Agreement (Offer) for the provision of services (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur "Aldiyar" (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) to a wide range of persons for the purpose of selling digital goods and services, including promotional codes for game activation (hereinafter referred to as Services).
This Agreement defines the general terms of provision of Services by the Contractor to individuals (natural persons, individual entrepreneurs, legal entities regardless of ownership form) who have acceded to the terms of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
The terms of the Agreement are independently established by the Contractor in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and are accepted by the Customer solely by acceding to the Agreement in its entirety.
The Customer’s performance of conclusive actions signifies their unconditional agreement with the terms of the Agreement and full accession thereto.
The fact of accession and acceptance of the terms of this Agreement by the Customer is considered to be registration on the Contractor’s website at https://gamekodiki.ru and/or payment for Services after the publication of a new version of the Agreement on the Contractor’s website (Clause 3, Article 396 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
In this Agreement, the following terms and definitions shall have the meanings set forth below:
2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with Services — the sale of digital goods and services, including promotional codes for game activation, based on Applications, while the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for these Services.
2.2. The Contractor sells digital goods and services intended for use on the Steam platform. The Contractor is not an employee or representative of Steam (Valve Corporation) and only sells goods and services for use within this platform.
2.3. The list of Services, their descriptions, and costs are published on the Contractor’s website at https://gamekodiki.ru and form an integral part of this Agreement.
3.1. Services are provided after the Customer submits an Application on the Contractor’s website and fully pays the specified cost.
3.2. Upon payment, the Contractor provides the Customer with a promotional code by sending it to the specified email or through the personal account on the website.
3.3. The Customer independently activates the promotional code on the Steam platform. The Contractor is not responsible for activation errors caused by the actions of the Customer or third parties.
3.4. The Contractor may refuse to provide Services in the following cases:

5.1. The cost of Services is specified in tenge (₸) on the website https://gamekodiki.ru.
5.2. Payment is made in advance through payment systems available on the Contractor’s website.
5.3. The payment date is considered the date of funds being credited to the Contractor’s account.
5.4. Refunds are possible only in case of non-delivery of the goods (promotional code) after payment. To request a refund, the Customer must contact support at support@gamekodiki.ru within 7 days from the payment date, providing transaction details. Refunds are processed within 14 days after confirmation of non-delivery.
5.5. Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
5.6. The Contractor is not responsible for the operation of the Steam platform or its promotional code activation policies.
6.1. The Parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6.4. The Contractor confirms that it is not an employee or affiliate of Steam (Valve Corporation) and only sells digital goods for use within this platform.
7.1. The Agreement takes effect upon payment for the Services and remains in force until the full performance of the Parties’ obligations.
7.2. The Customer may terminate the Agreement by notifying the Contractor via email at support@gamekodiki.ru 7 days in advance. Refunds are possible only under the conditions of Clause 5.4.
7.3. The Contractor may terminate the Agreement in case of a breach of its terms by the Customer.
8.1. All notifications are sent via email or published on the website https://gamekodiki.ru.
8.2. The Customer agrees to receive newsletters about the Services by submitting an Application.
9.1. The Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
9.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement, in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
9.3. Amendments to the Agreement are published on the website https://gamekodiki.ru.
